Once with us, your vessel is under the protective care of Charter Caribe. Once in our program, we look at these yachts as our own assets and treat them with the utmost care and pride. Your yacht is kept in Charter ready condition at all times. If an inquiry arrives from broker, client or owner; we can have the vessel fully stocked and prepared in a matter of hours.
Business Operations
We take the same approach to your vessel’s business operations. These charter yachts act as independent businesses and carry all of the correct licensure and insurance. We keep a minimum 1 million dollar insurance policy on these yachts, and full liability as well. We provide an annual report that details all of the necessary information about your charter operation.
Book-keeping and Accounts
We keep complete and independent accounts and books on each vessel in our fleet, and everyday an up-to-date snapshot of any vessel’s performance can be acquired. All specifics pertaining to the operation of your yacht are documented, and allow an owner to come in and understand the full history of it’s service with Charter Caribe.
Process
When it comes to business in the Caribbean, we implement crisp, efficient processes that allow us to make effective decisions about your yacht. All operations around your yacht are handled by Charter Caribe. From Provisioning and Cleaning to Daily Maintenance and annual Haulout, we are onboard every step of the way. When major refits are necessary we bring in licensed contractors, and work with them for all systems repairs or upgrades.
